A short description about your blog

Hi Fortune Family,

Do you guys have problems with your new reps getting qualified?  I have heard often in training that you shouldn't sign up new people without their 3 points (but new reps have 60 days to get their points).  How do you guys handle this?  Often times it seems harder to qualify a business than it does to sign someone up.  Any suggestions or advice would be greatly appreciated...

recorded closing calls

Hi Fortune Family,

Do you guys know of recorded closing calls?  The only one that I know about is done by Kevin Mullens.  It is great, but it is also very long.  Do you guys just put your prospect on the phone to listen to that call or what?

We are told to use our upline to help close the deal, but what if you are unable to get your upline on the phone or your immediate upline isn't doing very well.

Thanks

Closing Help!

Hi Fortune Family,

I have a wonderful regional team, but we are growing very slowly.  However, we are all showing the plan a couple of times a day.  My team is using there upline (most of the time that is me), but I don't have the credibility that is needed.  My direct upline isn't doing well...until you get to my Executive which is Ken Bailey and my National which is Todd Rowland.  They have both been wonderful, but there aren't easy to get on the phone.  Any advice that you could offer would be wonderful.

This is the most wonderful business and the people involved have great integrity.  So I strongly believe in what I am doing, but want to be able to help my team more.

Thanks
